1. Satisfaction Guarantee

SimplifIA offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of license activation. No questions asked. This complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. How to Request

Send an email to support@simplifia.app with subject "Refund" and your purchase email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

3. Conditions

• Refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of activation • Platform access is revoked after refund • User data kept for 30 days in case of reactivation • Full refund only — no partial refunds

4. Affiliate Commissions

Sales made through affiliates have the same 14-day refund window. Commissions are only confirmed after the refund period ends. If a refund is issued, the commission is automatically canceled.

5. Exceptions

• Free licenses (promotions, courtesy codes) • Misuse or violation of Terms of Service • Requests made after the 14-day period

6. Chargebacks

We recommend requesting a refund directly before opening a dispute with your card issuer. Chargebacks incur administrative costs and may result in permanent account suspension.
